09.01.2012The new SICOR s.p.a. production plant is almost ready and we have already starting the shifting of the production units. Looking to the volume of business and to the forecast for the future the company has decide to start this project finalized to the construction of a new building with more space available for the production in order to optimize the cycle and to manufacture in a more efficient way. The new building will have a production area of 9.00 sqm and 1.500 sqm for the new office and it will be fitted with the updated state of the art equipments in order to optimize the production flow and to minimize inefficiency and material handling. Also for this reason SICOR has built a new automatic storage system with an elevation of 26 meters and a plant area of 900 sqm

SICOR SpA is proud to announce the release of its new MR16.
The aim of the MR16 is to satisfy the 1000kg load range request, bringing the same unique features
and design of the successful MR10 and MR13.
His compact size, reduced weight, three positions installing design and the chance to easily
dismount traction pulley and motor, make the MR16 a strategic tool both for modernizations
and new installations.
After a period of almost one year of tests on the prototype, we have released into production
of the new MR16.

Herewith we proudly announce you a new Sicor hoisting machine: the Sicor MR 10. The new Sicor MR 10 is an extremely versatile hoisting machine specifically designed for the 320 kg. market segment that incorporates all the following advantages into very compact machine room less dimensions:
- vertical and horizontal installation, with three different position of installation, by means of which the machine can be overturned by 180° in order to use the same unit for right or left hand plants. This produces an enormous advantage especially for the renovation market, since it is possible to have only a version in stock and satisfy the most diversified Customers´ needs;
- three oil level indicators for the easier level control based on each specific position of installation;
- traction sheaves made of EN-GJS-700-2-UNI EN 1563 cast iron, with hardness over 250HB assuring the longest possible life span of the component;
- ACVVVF and AC2 motors. The ACVVVF motors are available in the 4 kW Asyn (4,4 kW Sync) and 5,5 kW Asyn 50 Hz (6 kW Sync 50 Hz), 6 kW Asyn 60 Hz (6,5 kW Sync 60 Hz) versions, while the AC2 configurations are based on the 2,7, 4 and 4,4 kW Asyn 50 Hz (2,1, 4,3, 4,8 kW Sync 50 Hz);
- static load of 2.100 kg;
- traction sheaves made of EN-GJS-700-2-UNI EN 1563 cast iron, with hardness over 250HB assuring the longest possible life span of the component;
- possible installation of the SSB brake;
- tractions sheaves diameters included between 360 and 600 Ø millimetres;
- average weight (depending for the configuration) reduced down to 180 kg;
- easily removable motors, traction sheave and brake electromagnet;
- no coupling between the motor and the reductor, allowing no need for balancing the machine in case of replacement of the motor;
- monolithic construction of the slow shaft and crown wheel with bronze rim centrifugally cast on the steel unit;
- tensions free 42 CrMo4 steel used for the slow shaft and the screw shafts, which ensures the highest durability and fatigue standing of the shafts.

The new Sicor MR 14 is now entered into the mass production stage. The new Sicor MR 14 boasts several points of strength:
- design that produces easy vertical or horizontal installation;
- stator installed on the worm shaft, avoiding the join between the reductor and the shaft and producing easier and accurate balancing of the whole unit;
- detachable motor, AC2 or VVVF, allowing easiness of maintenance;
- motor encapsulated into an extrusion of aluminium, delivering more efficient cooling and adding to the reduction of the weight of the machine;
- multiple cooling fan producing a better distribution of the air flow and superior reliability of the unit;
- eight reduction ratios and seven different diameters of traction sheave, to perfectly match the speed of pre-existent plants and when using AC2 motors;
- compact design for room less installation but granting a 32,4 kNm. static load;
- no need for external support, thus producing a safer and easier installation;
- machines designed to host the SSB slow shaft safety brake full compliance with the EN 81-80:2004 norm;
- silent operations, with noise level not exceeding 60 dBA VDI;
- traction sheave made of spheroid cast iron with minimum hardness of 250 HB, for a lifetime service;
- detachable traction sheave, for easiness of transportation and installation;
- complete of frames and accessories, with Optamid® diverting pulleys, adjustable vibration dampers, rope guards, ect.;
- long life synthetic oil supplied with the machine;
- Versatile range of application included between 320 and 950 kg.
