Sicor S.p.A. has obtained its ISO 9001 certification ever since 1994, but this is not enough to make it a quality Company.

The correct certification of Sicor S.p.A. is based on the ISO 9001 Vision 2000 standard, which have had the merit to shift the focus of quality from the supplied product or service to the entirety of the processes that contribute to its production. As a matter of fact, only well managed and controlled processes produce good products and services.

Sicor employees, whatever their own responsibility level, are fully committed in pursuing Global Quality in its wider meaning, not only intended as product quality, but also as quality of the work, of the working environment and of the people, who have to be dynamic and proactive for sustaining the Company development.

Sicor has drawn inspiration from the principles of the Total Quality Management (TQM), which logic has permeated the design activities of the network of critical processes, of identification of the Process Owners and of the auditing of the system efficiency. By complying with the inspiring concepts and of the current regulations, Sicor S.p.A. is committed to assure:
