The quality in the manufacturing of the crown wheels
As it happens for the screw shafts and for all other component part, at Sicor we devote much care to the manufacturing of our crown wheels.
The crown wheels are machined by robotised cells integrating all the necessary machines and devices, and performing the complete process up to the burring of the teeth and to the washing cycle of the item.
The control of the crown wheels
The crown wheels intended for our hoisting machines are accurately controlled on the manufacturing line as well as off line by following a specific sampling process of collecting specimens.
The operator, with no interruption of the work of the robotised cells, has the possibility to call for the lay down a sample piece into a specific rack and to check the entire profile of the crown by means of a three-dimensional control and measuring system.
