Final test

Each Sicor hoisting machine is accurately checked before to be delivered to the Customer. The check is performed under load and is totally comprehensive, since it contemplates the verification:

of the full functionality of the electric motors and of their accessories, such as the thermo-contact of the cooling fan and of the thermistors;
of the silent and smooth operation of the gearbox (the limit that has positively not to be exceeded is 60 dBA);
of the lack of vibrations;
of the hermetic tightness to oil.

Each and every hoisting machine carries a hard copy of its test report, so that it could be available to the Customer.
