The quality in the mechanical manufacturing
The manufacturing processes of Sicor S.p.A. are permeated by the most advanced quality concepts.
The controls are always redundant and for the machining, for instance, although each machine is equipped with an on-board measurement and control unit, it is always contemplated the deposition of the machined component into an extractable rack that, without stopping the work of the robotised cells, allows the operator to perform the redundancy quality control on three-dimensional measuring devices.
The statistic quality control is a fundamental part of our manufacturing processes, so to allow their continuous improvement and refining.
The three-dimensional Zeiss and DEA measuring systems allow the continuous measuring and control of the tolerances of the components, assuring the possibility to perform a larger quanity and more accurate and frequent controls, thanks to their speed of performance and to the possibility to check a virtually endless number of control points.
