The manufacturing processes of Sicor S.p.A. are permeated by the most advanced quality concepts.
Controls are always redundant and for the machining, for instance, although all and any production machine is equipped with automatic onboard measuring systems, is always foreseen the placement of the machined component part into an extractable basket that, without interrupting the work of the robotised canters, allows the quality control performed by means of highly advanced three dimension systems and based on predetermined sampling frequencies.
The quality statistic control is a fundamental part of our manufacturing processes, so to allow their incessant improvement and refining.
Special attention is devoted to the quality of the gears and of their profiles, which impose tolerances of microns.
