Human resources are the basic value of the Sicor Group; this in terms of intellectual heritage and of potential development of the human resources resulting in the growth of the volume of business and in the achievement of always better results.

The development of the professional profiles, the development of their capabilities and competences, the acknowledgement of the merits and of the responsibilities are assured by the presiding of the processes and by instruments targeted to grant the correct evaluation of the resources already from their screening and hiring stages, as well as by their constant monitoring on the course of their career path within the Company (analysis and appraisal of the performances combined to supporting and  retribution policies) and by the designing of the professional and managerial training paths aiming to the development of the distinctive behaviours of the Company.
